lasting change based on developing healthy, new habits

The one sure thing in life is change, and since you’ve ended up here, then – subconsciously or by chance – you need change. Whatever problem you may have, I’m sure it can be solved with good energy, which comes in numerous forms: food, thoughts, and meaningful activities. Someone once said “you are what you eat”, and they were right, because it has been scientifically proven that gut health affects the state of our body, mind and soul. Take a comprehensive, holistic look at yourself and heal every single element, one by one. Then you’ll be able to start living a healthy, happy life, here and now. The power of healing depends on a healthy, unprocessed, balanced, plant-based diet – and on you, yourself, of course!
The above animation is a highly simplified depiction of what happens to the human body on a diet of meat, dairy produce, and processed foods packed with preservatives, sugar and residual agrochemicals (fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides). This kind of diet is harmful to our good (i.e., varied, balanced) gut microbiota.
Hiya! I’m Maja 🙂 I’m 38, and turned vegan more than 7 years ago. Today, the only thing I regret was starting so late!
When I used to eat meat and lots of dairy, I suffered from gut problems that caused constant discomfort and stress. My belly was always bloated, I had constipation, stomach aches, problems with my complexion, immune system and digestion, fluctuating weight… This sound familiar?

First and foremost, veganism supports the liberation of animals and freeing ourselves from the system that trades in animal slaughter, but also kills people slowly through diseases of affluence caused by eating animal products, and through hunger in the poorest regions of the globe.
Veganism is also a liberation from the system that is destroying nature and is responsible for deforestation, the sixth mass extinction, and global warming.
Veganism is also a spiritual liberation from feelings of guilt; an energetic, karmic liberation from responsibility for the suffering and death of sentient beings that have the same rights to live and use the Earth’s resources as we do.
Truth, understanding, change, liberation! A plant-based life is beautiful, and a vegan world is possible! For the sake of the animals, as well as for our own health and well-being, for the environment, for our planet, and for future generations, #goVegan

I always start my day with something nutritious, not clogging. It makes me feel light, with loads of energy! When combined with a healthy, plant-based diet, these products work wonders 🙂
